Abstract

This paper first introduces the raw materials of alkali-activated cementitious materials, analyzes the mechanical properties of alkali-activated concrete, namely compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and stress-strain curve, and analyzes the mechanical properties of steel fiber alkali-activated concrete. The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of alkali-activated fly ash concrete can be improved by adding appropriate amount of slag. There is a nonlinear relationship between compressive strength and tensile strength of alkali-activated slag concrete. The descending section of the stress-strain curve of alkali-activated slag concrete is relatively steep, which is similar to the descending section of the stress-strain curve of high-strength concrete. Alkali-activated slag concrete has high brittleness. There is a nonlinear relationship between the elastic modulus and compressive strength of alkali-activated slag concrete.
