Abstract

With the rise of picture books, teachers began to use picture books in teaching. However, due to some problems in the way some teachers ask questions, picture book teaching did not show a good result. Therefore, by analyzing the current situation of questioning in the teaching of picture book reading in primary schools, this paper points out the problems of single evaluation method and various questioning contents, and puts forward targeted solutions to help teachers effectively ask questions in teaching, such as paying attention to the suitability of questions, using progressive questioning, etc., in order to stimulate students' reading interest and thinking ability, and improve the teaching effect of picture book reading.
