With the expansion of coal mine production scale, the application scope of mechanical and electrical equipment continues to widen. Traditional mechanical and electrical equipment have shown shortcomings in terms of intelligence level, energy consumption, and safety performance. This paper discusses strategies and key technologies for upgrading and transforming mechanical and electrical equipment under the context of intelligent coal mine development, aiming to enhance their intelligence, reliability, and energy-saving and environmental protection capabilities.
