Abstract

The Loze River in Yiliang County exhibits significant geological hazards along its banks. This study investigates the geological environment of the river valley slopes from two perspectives: engineering geological conditions and slope structure. It summarizes the characteristics of geological hazard development. Finally, a multiple regression analysis method is employed to evaluate slope stability. By analyzing the statistical patterns between deformation instability phenomena and geological environmental conditions/ factors in existing river valley sections, a multiple regression prediction model is established to forecast slope stability in other river valley areas.
